A Week of Amazing Opportunities at Academy Salons

What a week it’s been behind the scenes at Academy Salons this week! From Paris to London Fashion Week, our team have been enjoying some incredible experiences, learning from industry experts and making memories along the way.

Lizzie’s  Kérastase Care Coach Summit in Paris 

 

Our Claygate Team Leader and Kérastase Care Coach, Lizzie, was lucky enough to secure a place at the Kérastase Care Coach Summit in Paris, spending 48 hours immersed in an amazing experience with Kérastase.

From inspiring speakers and expert insights to incredible food, entertainment and meeting so many lovely people from across the industry, it was a trip to remember. There was so much to take away, and Lizzie is excited to bring everything she’s learnt back to Claygate and share it with the wider Academy Salons team.

Care Coach Training Day 

The opportunities continued on Monday, with our four Care Coaches, Rosie, Holly, Holly and Hannah, coming together for a fantastic Care Coach training day.

With industry speakers, including Tony Walmsley, sharing their knowledge and experience, it was a great opportunity for the team to learn, connect and continue developing their skills.

Backstage at London Fashion Week 

And to round off an incredible week, a few of our stylists and Apprentices, had the opportunity to experience London Fashion Week backstage on Thursday.

Getting involved in styling and preparing models’ hair was an exciting chance to see the industry from a completely different perspective and gain valuable hands-on experience.
