With a team of 7, from Graduate Stylists to Salon Consultants, all headed up by Salon Manager Sarah who has been in hairdressing from her apprenticeship at the age of 17. Esher Manager
I started with Academy Salons when I was 17 as an apprentice and completed my hairdressing NVQ level 1, 2 and 3 at the Academy Education training school. I loved the training process and wanted to become more involved, so I achieved my qualification as an Assessor. I’m also a member of the Artistic Team, which offers me the opportunity to expand my creative skills, working on photoshoots, presentations and fashion shows.
In 2015, I was appointed Manager of the Esher salon, and in January 2017, completed a course with Balmain to become a Balmain Educator for the South East, training and advising other salons and stylists in the art of hair extensions.
