Kicking Off 2026 the Right Way! 

We recently brought our Managers and Team Leaders together at the L’Oréal Head Office, and what an inspiring way to start 2026.

Joined by Lucy Hitchen and Nichola Scott, the day was filled with insight, connection, and powerful conversations around leadership and growth. A real highlight was an inspiring session with Anthony Walmsley, who spoke about Modern Leadership and the importance of empowering, supporting, and evolving as leaders in today’s industry.

Meetings like these are so important. They give us the space to realign, share ideas, strengthen our leadership team, and continue building a strong future for Academy Salons.

We also celebrated a huge achievement, congratulations to Terrie from our Academy Salons Weybridge, winner of the 2025 Academy Salons December Incentive, earning a well deserved trip to Vegas! 🎉

And because teamwork doesn’t stop after the meeting , we wrapped up the day with a competitive game of crazy golf ⛳️
