Salon Smart 2026… where do we even start?
It was a day packed with big conversations, fresh ideas, and so many moments that made you stop and think, “why didn’t I think of that?” From honest discussions to invaluable business insights, the energy in the room was undeniable. There were plenty of laughs, real talk, and the kind of inspiration that stays with you long after the day ends.
But more than anything, the biggest highlight was the people.
Seeing so many passionate, ambitious salon owners, managers, and teams all in one space was something special. Sharing experiences, making connections, and learning from one another is what events like this are all about, and Salon Smart truly delivered. There’s something powerful about being surrounded by people in the same industry, all striving to grow, improve, and push things forward. It just hits differently.
A few of us from Academy Salons had the chance to attend, and honestly, we took so much away from the speakers and panels. Days like this are so important, not just for learning, but for stepping back, reflecting, and coming back into the salon with fresh perspective and motivation.
One of our personal highlights was seeing our company director up on the panel. Watching that moment was a real proud one for our team and made the day even more memorable.
A huge thank you goes out to everyone involved in making Salon Smart such an incredible event. From the organisers to the sponsors and partners, it was a day that brought the industry together in the best possible way.
We left feeling inspired, energised, and full of ideas, and we already can’t wait for the next one in 2027.
