Understanding the Scalp: Inside Our K-SCAN Event at Esher.

Last Friday  we hosted a K-SCAN event at our Esher salon, bringing the whole team together alongside our Kérastase Care Coaches, who joined us from across our Academy salons to support in the evening.

It was one of those events that really reminds you why consultations matter so much. Seeing clients discover what’s actually going on with their scalp, and understanding why certain products or routines work (or don’t) completely changes the way they approach their hair.

A big thank you to everyone who came along and took the time to be part of it. The conversations, the curiosity, and the willingness to learn made the day what it was.
