Our amazing Salon Manager, Sarah Biss, from our Academy Salons Esher, has been nominated for Manager of the Year at the British Hairdressing Business Awards 2026 (#BHBA2026)for the third consecutive year!
This nomination by Hairdressers Journal is a true reflection of Sarah’s dedication, inspiring leadership, and the passion she brings to her team every single day. We couldn’t be prouder, this recognition is so well deserved. Let’s hear it for Sarah!

We’re also absolutely thrilled to share that Academy Salons Weybridge has been named a finalist for Salon Marketing Campaign of the Year, once again nominated by Hairdressers Journal.
This nomination means the world to us and marks another exciting milestone in strengthening our continued relationship with Savvy Salon Club and our partnership within the GAPs Into Profit salon marketing programme.
