With over 30 years experience in the Hair & Beauty industry, I still have the same passion for creative and innovative hairdressing as I did all those years ago.
Having started as an apprentice, I am now Company Director at Academy Salons UK.
Responsible for the successful management of five busy salons and a team of 70+staff, I employ well founded management techniques in order to inspire and motivate employees personal growth.
My passion for education and learning has resulted in the launch of Academy Education. Our education programme currently consists of weekly in house training sessions for our trainees and master classes for all levels of proficiency. My ambition is to further develop our Academy Education programmes into a fully fledged training school in the near future.
