This course is well suited for owners, managers and reception staff looking to build better client retention through consistent, easy to apply customer service techniques. Designed to be an excellent refresher and motivation booster, whilst teaching management and reception principals the skills to take a no-nonsense approach when making first contact and offering a better front of house experience.
Practical demonstrations illustrate the appropriate use of this skill set, with common sense cause and effect examples.
Real life examples and scenarios are used to illustrate the best possible outcomes, supported by theory and practice sessions.
What equipment do I need?
No specialist equipment is required, but note taking materials are highly recommended.
