Course Details
This course is suitable for all levels of experience. Every salon professional knows that successful retailing starts with a fantastic consultation and a fantastic consultation will lead to loyal clients. After attending ‘Success in Retail Consultation’ the stylist will have new confidence, enabling them to increase their retail sales, up their average bill and consult with clients in a confident yet professional manner.
This is an interactive course which allows each participant the opportunity to take part. Theory is always supported by practical sessions to ensure that when the stylist returns to the salon they feel confident in applying the techniques they have learnt.
What equipment do I need?
No equipment is needed, we just need you to ask lots of questions and participate in all the practical group discussions.
